How do I search for property on SellByOwnerListings.com?
The home page contains a powerful search database. Scroll down to your state and click SUBMIT. You
can then narrow your search by city and county. You can also search by Listing ID #. This number appears on
all our yard signs and media advertisement. Simply key in this number and you will have access to all the
information you need about the home!

Absolutely. Just sign up for Listing Alert and when properties that match your interests becomes
available, we will notify you instantly. This is a free service.

How do I make changes to my listing?
Make changes to your listing is easy. Just click “Login” from the Home Page or
"Edit Your Property Listing" at the bottom of any page and Log In. You will need your email address
and password to make any changes. All login information is case
sensitive.

What do I do if I forgot my log in password?
Click the Login link on the home page or click here.
You will be asked to submit your e-mail address. Your password will be sent to you promptly.

Is it important to include photos with my listing?
You can add up to 25 photos of your
home if you wish.

How do I add photos to my property listing?
When you add a new listing, or are editing your existing listing, you will be given a list of options to add photos
to your site. For each photo, simply click the "Browse" button and point to the photo you would like to add.
Buyers will have the choice of viewing your home photos by watching our Virtual Home Theatre™ or simply by clicking
them one at a time. The choice is theirs!
All photos must be in the JPEG format (.jpg)
All photos should be at least 320 pixels wide x 240 pixels high for best screen resolution.

How do I delete old photos and add new ones?
if you want to upload a new photo to replace the old one, just click "Browse" button on the right side of that old photo,
then click "Submit".
If you just want to delete an old photo, click the "Delete Photo" box on right side of that old photo, then click "Submit".

Yes absolutely. Internet advertising and a brief, well-written ad are a very effective combination.

How long does it take to get listed after
setup?
After the setup process is complete, your listing will go live instantly.

How do I remove my listing after it has sold?
There are two ways to remove your listing once sold. First you can login under “Edit My Listing”.
Choose to “edit” your listing. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you are able to “delete” your
listing. You may also send an email to info@sellbyownerlistings.com
to request that your listing be removed. We recommend that you leave your listing active until closing.

How do I add my company to the Services directory page?
Just click on "Add Your Service" on the home page or click here
and begin filling out your company's information. This service is free! Your professional service listing will be activated
immediately.

Will my email address remain private after I
place it on your site?
Yes, your email address will remain private. On your listing page there will only be your contact name and contact form.
We also found in a recent survey that sellers prefer to keep their phone number private too –and we do. We never sell
our customers' email addresses to direct marketers. If you believe you have received unsolicited email in response to
your ad, please report it immediately to info@sellbyownerlistings.com.
